Job Summary-transportation is required you will float 2 sites daily Join our dynamic team as a Floating Cashier, Stocker, and Cleaner — a versatile role designed to keep our retail environment running smoothly and efficiently. In this energetic position, you will seamlessly transition between cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting various store operations. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure a positive shopping experience for customers while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set across multiple retail functions, making each day engaging and rewarding. Duties Operate cash registers efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive checkout experience including lotto sales. Stock shelves with merchandise, manage inventory levels using RF scanners, and organize products for optimal presentation and accessibility. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory control systems, and supporting shipping & receiving processes. Maintain cleanliness of the store by performing routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation to uphold health standards. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage for promotional displays. Provide support in grocery or retail sections such as produce handling, packaging, and restocking per store standards. Assist customers with inquiries, offer product recommendations, and promote sales to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue. required to help cover shifts when we are shorthanded, employee's are sick, and or on Vacation. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, warehouse operations, lottery sales, or grocery stores is preferred; 3 days training will be provided. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across different duties. Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, cleaning, and safety procedures. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed; a proactive attitude toward supporting team needs is essential.
