Job Description
Position Summary:
The Floor Care Technician performs a variety of floor care tasks in patient and non-patient care areas to maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition throughout the organization.He / She
will abide by all safety and infection control guidelines when performing duties. The ability to work a flexible schedule may be necessary.Qualifications:
Current Driver's License required. High school education or equivalent is not required, but one must be able to read, understand written documents and write. Prior EVS/Housekeeping experience in a Healthcare Facility preferred. Prior Floor Care experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary. All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion.
