Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead our dynamic food service team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a leader on the floor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your passion for hospitality and strong management skills will drive team performance, streamline processes, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while managing all aspects of restaurant operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and exceptional service delivery Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols Oversee food handling, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards in both casual dining and fine dining settings Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels using POS systems such as Toast Handle cash transactions accurately through cash handling procedures and reconcile registers at shift end Monitor kitchen management tasks including food production, catering, banquets, and bar service to ensure efficiency and quality Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster team development and ensure compliance with health regulations Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service management across various restaurant types including quick service & fast food restaurants Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices within hospitality environments Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while overseeing kitchen operations and staff training & development Knowledge of food industry standards including culinary techniques, food handling regulations, and catering services Join us as a Floor Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
