Reservations Agent- My Vacation Haven

Essential Responsibilities :

Data entry and research Answering phone calls and addressing any guest inquiries through telephone, guest messaging, email, and walk-in traffic Taking and inputting reservations through the company software Interact with guests in office Maintaining positive and professional guest relations Communicate effectively with team Maintaining knowledge of property locations, amenities, services, pricing, and unit layouts Adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

Hospitality, customer service, or reservationist experience encouraged but not required Computer experience skills required Excellent communication/organizational skills required Excellent guest/customer service skills required Ability to handle fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional environment Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Must be willing to work MOD when needed

Desired Skills & Competencies :

Experience within the field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching. Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and stand most of the time Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation Subject to internal and external environmental conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
