Floor Nurse

Job Overview Cordia Senior Living in Westmont is seeking a highly experienced clinical professional with a progressive approach to wellness. This leadership position involves overseeing the health, wellness, and personal care of all our residents along with shared management of the Wellness team. Responsibilities also include working collaboratively with family members and outside healthcare providers to support each resident. An ability to think outside the box and seek new and creative approaches to wellness is essential. Strong communication, multi-tasking skills, and excellent documentation habits are critical. RN license is required, along with 5 years of experience in healthcare working with the senior population. Proven case management and a successful supervisory track record desired. Core hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Internal clinical and on-call hours; and some weekend days required. Salary will be based upon experience.
