FLOOR TECH DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing floors Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility Remove trash and soiled linens as needed Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor Follow all infection control and safety procedures Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned

FLOOR TECH QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience with floor care equipment and techniques preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and able to keep to a schedule High school diploma or equivalent preferred
