Flooring & Cabinet Sales Specialist (Experienced)

About the Role Floor Trader Outlet in Ardmore is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. This position is focused on helping customers select flooring and cabinetry solutions while driving strong sales performance. We are looking for someone with proven sales experience in flooring, cabinets, or home improvement who can confidently guide customers from initial consultation through project completion. Key Responsibilities Consult with customers to understand their flooring and cabinetry needs Recommend products, explain features, and provide tailored solutions Generate estimates, write sales orders, and process payments Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with installation teams to schedule and complete projects Maintain showroom appearance and product displays

Qualifications Required:
