Full on-the-job training is available and no previous experience in flooring installation is required.

Duties:

Loading and unloading of materials Tear out, installation and clean-up of the job site Cut and shape materials according to measurements Communicate with sales, warehouse and other installers to ensure expectations are met

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, kneel, bend over, etc. for long periods. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Strong attention to detail
