Floral Production and Garden Assistant

Job Overview Join our growing company as a Floral Production and Garden Assistant, where your passion for plants and floral design can thrive! In this dynamic role, you will be part of a team cultivating stunning floral arrangements and maintaining gardens where many of our stems are sourced. Your energy and attention to detail will help create inspiring designs and events, including weddings, bridal and wedding showers, and flower truck parties. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your horticultural / and floriculture interests while contributing to beautiful, thriving gardens and floral displays. Duties Assist with the cultivation, harvesting, and arrangement of flowers and plants for floral displays and garden projects. Help with farming activities such as seed starting, bed prep, planting / transplanting seedlings, and maintenance. Flower processing + inventory handling Assisting and executing recipe-based designs Event prep + on-site support Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new gardening methods

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
