Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fluoroscopy and X-ray Technician to join our Orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of fluoroscopic procedures, advanced imaging techniques, and patient care protocols. As a vital member of our healthcare facility, you will operate fluoroscopy equipment to assist in pain management cases and in office xrays Duties Operate fluoroscopy equipment to capture real-time moving images for diagnostic purposes across various medical specialties. Collaborate with physicians to facilitate diagnostic evaluations by providing high-quality images and accurate data interpretation. Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures, patient information, and technical parameters in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure all imaging equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and operated according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology to optimize imaging techniques tailored to individual patient needs. Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and oneself from unnecessary exposure while maximizing image quality. Qualifications Certification as a Radiologic Technologist with specialized training in fluoroscopy procedures. Proven experience performing fluoroscopy, and xray Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and nuclear medicine principles. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and the ability to interpret complex imaging data accurately. Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration within healthcare teams. Prior experience with medical imaging equipment maintenance and calibration is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional development in radiologic technology and emerging imaging innovations.
