We offer a range of services, covering everything from die-cutting and lamination to binding and hand finishing, with the ability to handle projects of any size or quantity. We are looking for a skilled Folder/Gluer Operator to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities Set-up and operation of the Kluge Folder/Gluer. Performs preventive and routine maintenance on all essential equipment. Feeds folder/gluer while operating equipment. Makes required quality assurance pulls and corrects defects as needed. Establishes case pack and count per job ticket or as otherwise directed. Files job corrugates and job tickets upon the completion of a job. Fills out all required job information entries on job jacket. Verifies job information on carton labels with job tickets. Labels and flags all finished loads appropriately per job ticket. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet quotas and deadlines. Must be able to lift 35 pounds at times, and push/pull 2,000 pounds with a pallet jack. Essential Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least two years of related experience required. General understanding of mechanics and tools required. Strong math skills. Working Conditions Work will be performed in our manufacturing warehouse which requires mobility within the production work area. Exposure to constant and intermittent sounds of machinery in a production environment. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Compensation Compensation for this position will be based on the experience of the candidate.
