Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Worker, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether working in fine dining, catering, or banquet settings, you will play a vital role in supporting our commitment to excellence in the food industry. Duties Greet guests warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including specialty drinks if barista experience is applicable. Assist with food presentation, plating, and garnishing to meet quality standards. Set up and break down banquet or catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food handling and safety regulations. Support dietary accommodations by understanding special dietary needs and assisting with appropriate food preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events. Experience Prior experience in fine dining establishments or high-end food service environments is highly desirable. Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Experience serving in banquet, catering, or large event settings is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures is essential. Previous roles in hospitality or restaurant environments that demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation adds value to the role. Certification or experience related to food safety standards is a plus, along with any dietary aide or catering background.
