SUMMARY:

The Food Court Cashier is responsible for providing excellent guest service by accurately and efficiently processing guest's food and beverage purchases, in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. No experience necessary. We will Train.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Greets guests and efficiently processes food and beverage orders and purchase through the Point of Sale system. Maintains the accountability and security of their individual cash drawer. Stocks and cleans workstation to ensure presentable products. Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for food and beverage service. Portions foods and prepares beverages in accordance with unit specifications. Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times. Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to both internal and external guests. Builds and maintains knowledge of food and beverage offerings to ensure all questions are answered appropriately and accurately. Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business needs. Additional duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume quick service environment is preferred. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds. Must obtain a valid food handlers card.
