Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Attendant serves as the first point of contact to assist our guests. The attendant's responsibilities include maintaining Gatherall's common areas by fixing minor issues and cleaning building areas, including entrances and surrounding grounds. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis to keep our operation running smoothly and ensure great customer service. Keep in mind that this position requires working in shifts on weekends or evenings. Ultimately, you'll ensure our building is safe, clean and inviting. Other responsibilities include working with the General Manager to organize special events and ensuring that events are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurants and hotels, a commitment to high standards of service and the guest experience, a strong creative drive, and excellent soft skills. Past experience in the entertainment or events/catering sector is a plus.
SALARY & EXPECTED HOURS
The base pay for this position will be $17 an hour. The attendant will have access to a robust benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision if maintaining at least 32 hours a week, as well as a reasonable work/life balance. The anticipated workload is not to exceed 40 hours per week.

  • receive and store shipments to ensure the daily operation of Gatherall and communicate frequently regarding upcoming needs and potential issues
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and bus indoor and outdoor dining tables, wipe down tables and chairs for next guests Collect and return common trays to food vendors Collect and return glassware to the bar Regularly clean and restock bathrooms throughout the day Remove trash from full receptacles and replace with new liners Take trash to dumpsters and keep dumpster area tidy Ensure building entrance is free of clutter at all times Sweep and mop the food hall and patio floors Keep surrounding grounds clean and free of litter, sweep the exterior sidewalks and collect trash as needed Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate seating areas Maintain a clean and functional back-of-house environment at all times. Monitor stock of cleaning supplies Daily and weekly side work assignments Other duties as assigned ABOUT Gatherall Modeled after some of the country's most beloved food and dining destinations, Gatherall is the heart and soul of the new Factory 52 mixed-use community currently underway.
