Pocket's Chocolates is a fast-growing premium snack brand with national retail distribution. We're currently recruiting motivated food production associates to join the Pocket's Chocolates team! We care deeply about our customers and the quality of product, and we invest in the people who show up. This position is seasonal, with a possibility of being converted to full-time. A successful candidate will have experience working with food, or the determination to learn fast. You will be working in an open production space.

More about the role:

You will assist our production team in various steps of food manufacturing, including prepping, chocolate making, packaging, and sanitation. Follow food safety and quality assurance protocols at every step. Keep pace with a moving production line and contribute to meeting the team's daily targets. Food safety, quality assurance, packaging, manufacturing, kitchen experience is a plus. This is a food production job that is not open to the public. What you'll need A keen understanding of how to handle food and follow safety regulations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Goal-oriented and take pride in helping the team hit production targets. Proactive in learning and improving. Ability to work fast. Ability to stand for full shifts, lift 30-50 lbs, and keep pace with a moving production line. Team spirit! Flexible schedule to support production needs, including early mornings, night shifts, extended hours, or weekends during peak periods. Experience working in fast-pace environments like food production, catering, commercial kitchens, restaurants, or bakeries is a plus.
