Responsibilities Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist servers by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting guest needs with a friendly attitude Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and resolve any issues quickly Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness during service Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing under chef supervision Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist in billing when required Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to interact positively with guests and team members Familiarity with serving, bussing, and basic food preparation techniques in a hospitality setting Experience operating POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Previous banquet or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various hospitality settings Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary practices, and food safety standards enhances performance in this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
