Serve as a Food Runner by delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables swiftly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and uphold food safety standards. Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness to enhance guest satisfaction. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing accuracy. Support banquet events or large parties by coordinating food delivery and guest services seamlessly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service quality. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, bussing, or food handling roles. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with kitchen tasks such as basic food preparation or cooking is a plus. Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience enhances guest service capabilities.
