This position plays an important role in maintaining smooth restaurant service by supporting servers, bartenders, and overall guest experience throughout the shift. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who work with urgency, stay organized, maintain cleanliness, and are comfortable assisting multiple areas of the restaurant during busy service periods. Compensation $16.90 per hour Schedule Requirements Evening and night shifts required Weekend availability is mandatory Shift end times may vary depending on business volume and events Primary Responsibilities Bus and reset tables efficiently throughout service Run food from the kitchen to guest tables accurately and promptly Deliver beverages from the bar to guest tables when needed Refill water, soda, and other guest beverages during service Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas Restock server stations, utensils, sauces, napkins, cups, and operational supplies during slower periods Support bartenders with barback responsibilities during busy bar service Assist servers and bartenders to help maintain smooth restaurant operations Complete assigned cleaning duties, side work, and closing responsibilities Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and urgency throughout the shift Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable transportation required Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout shifts Candidates residing within 10 miles of Artesia preferred Weekend and evening availability required Certifications & Work Authorization Valid Food Handler Card preferred Valid government-issued identification Employee Benefits 50% employee meal discount Qualified candidates who meet the scheduling requirements are encouraged to apply.
