We are a fast-paced neighborhood sports pub serving a diverse mix of guests including families, regular locals, sports fans, and event-night crowds. We are looking for professional, energetic, and guest-focused team members who take pride in delivering excellent hospitality and maintaining a strong floor presence throughout their shift. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, team-oriented, and able to provide efficient service while creating a welcoming guest experience. Pay $16.90 - $17.90 per hour + tips Schedule Evening and night shifts Weekend availability required Shifts may extend until closing depending on business volume and events Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests promptly and professionally Seat guests and maintain strong awareness of the dining room and incoming tables Present menus, answer questions, and guide guests through food and beverage selections Upsell food, cocktails, beer, and other menu items Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Deliver beverages before food whenever possible and monitor tables consistently throughout service Provide timely refills and anticipate guest needs during the dining experience Deliver food from the kitchen accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations Complete side work, stocking, cleaning, silverware rolling, and shift closing duties Communicate important updates and operational details with team members and management Maintain professionalism, urgency, and teamwork during busy service periods Arrive on time and prepared for every shift Qualifications Minimum 1 year of serving experience preferred Previous experience in a full-service restaurant, sports bar, or high-volume environment preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling busy sports nights and large parties Strong teamwork and guest-first mentality required Reliable transportation required Candidates located within 10 miles of Artesia preferred Weekend and evening availability required Certifications & Work Authorization Valid Food Handler Card Valid government-issued identification Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Employee Benefits 50% employee meal discount Please apply only if you meet the experience and scheduling requirements listed above.
