Food Runner/ Busser

Overview We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner / Busser to join our team full time, weekends are required. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by efficiently delivering food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. This position requires fast paced passion for food service and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Lifting 20-30 lb food trays , assist with nightly closing, sweeping, mopping, emptying garbages, etc Responsibilities Deliver food promptly to guests while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and providing additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Experience in bussing, serving, or kitchen roles is advantageous. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
