Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily scheduling for projects. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure alignment. Monitor and adjust schedules based on project needs and availability. Maintain accurate records of schedules and changes. Assist in resource allocation and optimization for efficiency. Provide support in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues. Prepare reports on scheduling metrics and performance. Utilize scheduling software and tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Prior experience in a scheduling or administrative role is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
