Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Present menus, recommend dishes, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to ensure a clean and inviting environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience with upselling techniques to boost sales and enhance guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Prior host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
