Duties Help The purpose of this position is to mix and serve Lte's, Cappuccino's, Espresso's, Americana's, and assorted other beverages the general public may order off the menu. Operes full service espresso bar. Prepares a wide range of drinks including but not limited lo; ltes, espresso, Americano, and cappuccinos by selecting the proper grind of coffee shot and following set recipes for each individual variion of drink. Must be able to follow basic cappuccino requirement of each type of drink including but not limited to; preheing the portafilter, knowing the difference in grinds of coffee, knowing how long should a shot take to brew into a cup, preheing the cup, how to "pull'' and "tamp" into the portafilter, difference in frothing and steaming milk, and able to know difference and relay informion to customers on the difference in drink choices. Performs receiving and disbursing cashier duties. Sets up cappuccino bar for operion and obtains cash bank. Prepares documention for cash funds accountability. Maintains work to ensure th it is ne and clean. Washes cappuccino bar equipment and utensils. Stocks service bars and assists supervisor on duty if necessary. Performs other reled duties as assigned.
