Job Qualifications Education:

High school or equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis. PRIMARILY RECRUITING FOR 8 AM TO 4 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY AND 7 AM TO 5 PM ON WEEKENDS FOR A TOTAL OF 20 TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK. SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST BE A DEPENDABLE, FAST LEARNER WHO TAKES INITIATIVE. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE GREETING GUESTS, TAKING AND PREPARING FOOD AND DRINK ORDERS, MAINTAINING A CLEAN WORK ENVIRONMENT AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT MENU ITEMS AND PROMOTIONS. ASSOCIATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO OPERATE CASH REGISTERS, OVENS, MICROWAVES AND OTHER KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. MUST LEARN AND ADHERE TO STARBUCKS AND AAFES PROTOCOLS, ESPECIALLY SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR HANDLING AND PREPARING FOOD.
