Oversee and elevate our food and beverage service, from breakfast to dinner at Max's Restaurant. Curate exceptional dining experiences that reflect our inn's unique character and seasonal inspiration. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Lead, coach, and inspire a dedicated front and back-of-house team. Manage inventory, labor, and costs with an eye toward profitability and sustainability. Be the friendly, professional face of our dining experience, always ready to turn feedback into action.We're Looking For:

Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business.Required :
Previous leadership experience in food & beverage operations.Desired :
