Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ford Certified Technician to join our vibrant service team. In this role, you will leverage your automotive expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your technical proficiency, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure our customers receive top-tier service and support. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles, including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines. Utilize schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology to identify issues accurately. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments, wheel balancing, and general mechanical repairs using hand tools and power tools. Repair and replace vehicle components including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and welding as needed. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive issues efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating procedures, and ensure all work meets manufacturer standards. Qualifications Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician with Ford certification or equivalent credentials. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools, schematics interpretation, ADAS calibration, and alignment equipment. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools. Knowledge of GM vehicles is a plus; familiarity with auto estimating software is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
