Salary :

$45,000 - $52,000 annually! Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on automotive parts and accessories. Assist technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs and maintenance. Ensure that the parts department is well-organized and that inventory levels are properly maintained. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment. Handle special orders and follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance overall customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in automotive technology is a plus. Experience in an automotive parts counter role or in a similar customer-facing position preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications; familiarity with automotive systems is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
