• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Fence Installer and Laborer to join our dynamic construction team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of fences, performing general labor tasks, and supporting various construction activities on-site. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental styles Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and secure fencing materials Perform heavy lifting of fence panels, posts, concrete forms, and other materials safely and efficiently Support concrete forming and finishing tasks for fence posts or related structures Conduct site preparation activities such as clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting foundation forms Help with landscape maintenance and hardscape work as needed to ensure project aesthetics and durability Follow safety protocols at all times while operating tools and working on construction sites Experience Prior experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with frame carpentry, masonry, welding, or concrete finishing is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring stamina and strength Knowledge of landscape maintenance or hardscape installation is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team if you're ready to build your career in a lively environment where your skills make a real impact!
