Wagoner, OK Pa y: $20 per hour Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators for a manufacturing facility in Wagoner, OK. This position is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements Previous forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, or both) Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes preferred Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team Must pass a drug screen and background check Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, transport, and stack materials Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips, and report discrepancies Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and documentation Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems or manual logs Transport materials to production areas and move finished goods to storage or shipping zones Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company policies Keep warehouse and shipping/receiving areas clean and organized Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors, production staff, and logistics personnel#INDT
