Forklift Driver

• 1 st Shift Warehouse Associate Rhino Seed & Landscape Supply is a family-owned business since 1930.

We manufacture straw, erosion control blankets/mats and straw baled/bagged products. The facility is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Job Responsibilities:

Work as a valuable team member to support manufacturing and sales.

Warehouse Worker Job Duties:

• Use forklift to unload supply trailers and organize inventory.
• Pulling and processing customer orders, completing paperwork, loading trucks and trailers.
• Maintain and report inventory stock counts.
• Rework damaged product when possible or coordinate rework with manufacturing.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping and receiving area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Warehouse Worker Skills and Qualifications:

• All candidates must successfully complete a five-panel drug screening test that includes THC; we maintain a strict zero-drug tolerance policy. . Candidate must pass a background check prior to employment.
• Valid drivers license and ability to drive company vehicle
• Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to bend, crouch, climb stairs, walk length of warehouse and generally be on feet and moving for duration of shift
• Must be able to read recipes, follow instructions and accurately measure raw materials.
