Green Acres of Wayland, an assisted living community, is currently seeking an experienced, dependable Home Manager to join our team. This position works directly under the direction of the Administrator and plays an important role in the daily operations of our community. Position Responsibilities Maintain resident and staff paperwork in compliance with state regulations Staff scheduling Office organization and administrative support Maintain office and resident supplies Invoicing and bank deposits Assist with numerous day-to-day office tasks Participate in on-call rotation Assist on the floor as needed Qualifications Prior clerical and administrative experience required Excellent computer skills Strong organizational and communication skills Detail oriented and dependable Ability to multitask and work independently Enjoy working with the elderly and as part of a team Benefits Full-time salaried position Benefits package available Supportive and team-oriented work environment Come join a company that truly values their employees.
