Urgent Hiring - Forklift Operator - $18 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm East Moline, Illinois Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support our shipping and receiving operations on 1st shift. In this role, you will safely handle materials, maintain inventory flow, and help keep the warehouse organized and efficient. This position plays a key part in ensuring accurate product movement in a fast-paced industrial environment . Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely and efficiently throughout the shift Replenish pick locations using overstock inventory Stock inbound materials in correct bins and storage areas Assist with picking and staging large orders as needed Load and unload trucks and perform general material handling Pull coil orders and other materials to support production and shipping Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and product movement Support warehouse organization and process improvement efforts Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications 1+ year of forklift experience in an industrial or warehouse setting Previous warehouse and receiving experience Ability to safely handle materials, load/unload, and move inventory Experience with picking, stocking, and inventory management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to workplace safety and procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience replenishing pick locations and stocking inbound inventory Experience in pulling and staging large orders Exposure to warehouse reorganization or process improvement initiatives Strong reliability and work ethic for 1st shift operations Why Join Us?
