Forklift Operator

What you´ll do The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to transport finished product to and from various locations within the plant or to trailers for transporting. The Forklift Operator also prepares items for shipment and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to complete receiving, loading, transporting, stocking, staging, organizing, picking, counting, and maintaining all packaging inventory Safety and efficiently operate a forklift to manage material movement within warehouse for purpose of ensuring efficient manufacturing operations and receiving and shipment of materials and finished goods to distribution points Remove finished goods from production lines. Place finished goods on a stretch wrapper. And put finished goods away to correct location in warehouse according to WMS Move or consolidate finished product to ensure inventory control practices are followed and to ensure proper housekeeping What makes you a good fit High School Diploma or GED required Prior forklift experience required Must be able to pass a Forklift Operator's written exam & Driving Test Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
