PM Potential Opportunity:

Temp-to-Hire Based on Performance and Business Needs Position Overview We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to assist with loading railcars in a fast-paced industrial and warehouse environment in Linwood, NC. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately six weeks, with the potential for long-term employment opportunities based on performance, attendance, and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in an active industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move and load materials Assist with loading railcars accurately and according to operational procedures Load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of previous forklift operator experience required Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Strong attendance and reliability required Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks during extended shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Additional Information Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 6 weeks Opportunity for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs Immediate openings available Candidates must be able to work scheduled hours consistently Work Environment This position involves working in warehouse, rail loading, and industrial environments, including regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, equipment noise, and active material handling operations. #hc240354
