• Operating licenses for the size lift being operated
• Accurately record information on paper or into a computer
• Willing to multi-task
• Work together as a team approach to taking care of machines and trucks
• Create positive atmosphere
• Willing to help and be helped
• Keep production flowing
• Stay focused on each pack
• Hold each other accountable / care for one another / teach one another
• Follow package SOP
• Help with production / clean up with any down time
• Think / plan ahead Position Specifications
• Able to walk, stand, use hands, and reach with arms and hands
• Reach above shoulders and below shoulders
• Able to balance and climb 24' on a ladder or high reach
• Able to stoop, twist, climb stairs, crouch, and kneel
• Lift and or move up to 50 pounds
• Able to handle repetitive motion for an entire shift (handling lumber)
• Specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision, and color vision
• Valid PA driver's License
• Able to handle warm and cold weather conditions
• Able to climb up and down steps
• Mathematical and computer skills
• Knowledge of the industry
