Foundation Repair and Mold Remediation Technician

Foundation Repair and Mold Remediation Technician Pure Breathing Solutions, Inc., located in Litchfield, Minnesota, is a company specializing in mold remediation, and foundation waterproofing for residential and commercial properties . We are a rapidly growing, specialized company seeking a highly motivated, customer-service oriented individual to fill the role of Remediation/Waterproofing Specialist. Typical work duties include, but are not limited to: Talking with customers and answering questions Performing strategic demolition including removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc. Installation of customized interior waterproofing systems Detailed HEPA cleaning and wiping down contaminated surfaces Setting up containment, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment Coordinate responsibilities and tasks with other technicians on the job site Cleaning and maintaining equipment as needed Inspect own work and ensure that it is complete, thorough and meets quality standards Clean up work area and account for all tools and equipment Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements: Have an active driver's license and clean driving record Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification Ability to work Monday through Friday Ability to lift 80 lbs. Must wear proper personal protective equipment Must be able to work in all types of conditions Provide documentation regarding their previous employment and references All successful candidates will also possess: A High School diploma or equivalent The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and great work ethic (reliable/on-time) Maintain appearance and professionalism representative of the Pure Breathing Solutions image
