• Lead and manage a crew on foundation repair and helical pile installations
• Oversee job site operations from start to finish
• Operate mini excavators and other equipment as needed
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and plans
• Perform and supervise installation, including torque monitoring and measurements
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of materials, pile lengths, and torque readings
• Ensure job site organization, safety, and professionalism at all times Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior construction and/or excavation experience required
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
• Self-motivated, dependable, and career-oriented
