YC-backed with investment from General Catalyst and SV Angel, we serve 250+ customers, are profitable, and growing rapidly. The Role This is the first growth hire. You'll build and scale the growth engine from the ground up, working directly with the founders on strategy, experiments, and systems that drive awareness, acquisition, and activation. What You'll Do Define and execute the company's growth strategy across content, social, and community channels Create viral, high-performing content that drives awareness and inbound pipeline Design and run growth experiments to optimize acquisition and activation funnels Build scalable systems and processes for repeatable growth Work directly with founders to shape company narrative and positioning What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in growth, content, or go-to-market roles Strong social media presence with a personal following you've built yourself Demonstrated ability to create viral or high-performing content Technical background or hands-on GTM execution experience Comfort with a non-traditional, high-intensity startup environment Interview Process Founder intro Content/growth case study Final round Offer
