FP&A Manager:

Prepare and deliver management reporting, forecasting, and corporate expense planning Manage corporate allocation processes and provide financial support across functions Partner with business units and leadership to provide insights on performance, strategy, and planning Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L results, including variance and risk/opportunity analysis Assist with preparation and presentation of financial materials to executive leadership Ensure alignment between operational strategies and financial forecasts Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making Support close processes through variance analysis and consolidated reporting Lead cross-functional initiatives, including inventory and production analysis projects Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed Qualifications for the
