Job Description

HR Coordinator Americaneagle.com is a family-owned web design, development, and digital marketing agency with a passionate belief in the power of technology to positively transform business practices. Our focus is on helping customers grow and achieve success in the digital space. We cover a variety of different industries, including eCommerce, associations & nonprofits, government, healthcare, sports & entertainment, transportation, and more. We have a team of over 700 around the world and are looking to continue that growth by adding a full-time Coordinator to the Human Resources team. You will work on a variety of different things within the organization to help support the HR team, including new employee orientation and recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across various departments. We're looking for someone who will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, is a team player, will work hard, have fun, and get the job done. Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for members of the HR team
Performs orientations, onboarding, and updates records with new hires
Responds to internal and external HR-related inquiries, requests, and questions
Assists Recruiters in the maintenance of our internal applicant tracking system, posting open positions, proactive sourcing, and the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews and phone screens
Assists in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
Supports other functions as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work both independently and within a team setting while conveying a positive attitude to co-workers
Ability to handle data with confidentiality

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$70,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
