Framer

We are seeking an experienced Framer for a full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday, temp-to-hire / direct hire opportunity in Catawba, NC. This role is responsible for constructing and assembling structural frameworks for residential and commercial buildings using wood, metal studs, and other materials while working in a fast-paced construction environment and following blueprint specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities Build and install wall framing, floor systems, roof systems, and structural supports Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing materials Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Assist with material handling, job site preparation, and maintaining a clean work area Requirements 1-2 years of framing or construction experience preferred Ability to read tape measures and blueprints accurately Experience using nail guns, saws, drills, and related tools Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
