This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round no weather delays or rain-outs. This role focuses on wall framing and structural assembly in a fast-paced production setting. Essential Functions Frame and assemble interior and exterior walls Read and interpret blueprints accurately Measure, cut, and install framing materials Ensure structural integrity and proper alignment Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain quality and safety standards Skills & Competencies Proven framing experience Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately Blueprint reading skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in residential framing Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift

Preferred:
