• We are seeking a skilled carpenter or helper with their own hand tools and PPE to work on our jobs in Foxborough and surrounding towns.

• Duties:

• Perform commercial wood framing tasks on active construction sites, following project plans and specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry and framing work.
• Assist with general labor tasks on site, including material handling, site cleanup, and setup of work areas.
• Support the construction of structural framing components, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
• Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety.
• Collaborate with other crew members and follow direction from site leadership to complete daily tasks.
• Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Travel to and work at assigned project locations, including sites in Quincy, Foxborough, Springfield, and Hampton, as needed.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience working on a construction site.
• Hands-on experience in construction labor, carpentry, framing, or closely related work.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood components.
• Comfort working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to use and maintain personal hand tools required for carpentry and framing.
• Understanding of basic construction site safety practices.
• Reliability and willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Job Type & Location:

• This is a Contract position based out of Wrentham, MA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is \$18.00

• \$25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
