Front Counter Associate - Italian Market & Kitchen Pazzo Italiano - Rehoboth Beach, DE (Frank & Louie's + Second Block Hospitality) Frank & Louie's and Second Block Hospitality have joined forces to bring a refreshed Italian Market & Kitchen to downtown Rehoboth. Pazzo Italiano will feature handcrafted Italian sandwiches, prepared foods, authentic cookies and desserts, and many of the beloved favorites guests have come to know from Frank & Louie's—all with an updated look and expanded offerings. We're building our opening team and are currently hiring Front Counter Team Members to join us.

Full-Time Compensation:

$15-$18 per hour, plus tips (based on experience) Position Overview We're seeking reliable, welcoming Front Counter Associates to support guest service at the register and counter—taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience from hello to handoff. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take orders with accuracy Operate the POS and handle cash/credit transactions Assist with selecting and packaging prepared food items Answer questions about menu items and ingredients Keep the counter, beverage, and guest areas clean and organized Restock grab-and-go items and supplies Support light prep or packaging during busy periods Qualifications Prior food service or retail experience preferred Guest-focused approach and clear communication Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks Basic math and cash-handling skills Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Consistently delivers attentive, courteous service Benefits Free shift meals Flexible scheduling Team Member discount at all Second Block Hospitality locations Parking pass during meter season Opportunities for growth and cross-training Supportive, team-oriented environment
