Description Lubiniecki Welding in Meadville, PA is a full Fabrication/Welding/Small AG Equipment Sales and Service shop. We are looking to add a full-time front counter sales associate to our team. On the job training duties will include (but not limited to): waiting on customers and answering phone calls, emailing and scanning documents (basic computer skills a must), keeping store inventory stocked (we have a full welding supply store), ordering supplies and products for customers. Applicant must be able to multitask and lift at least 30 pounds, also with the possibility of pulling and cutting steel for waiting customers. They will work directly with managers and other employees to keep the workday flowing smoothly. Applicant must have a pleasant and professional demeanor and be comfortable working with the public. Starting pay will depend on applicant's qualifications. We pay 100% Health Insurance premium (for employees only), match 3% with a Simple IRA. Vacation, Sick and Personal time available for full time employees.
