Job Description
Front Desk Associate - Indoor Playground Position Overview The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for families visiting our indoor playground. This role focuses on welcoming guests, ensuring all waivers are completed, and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment for children and parents. The ideal candidate is energetic, responsible, and enjoys working with families and young children. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Check‑In & Customer Service Greet families warmly and check guests in efficiently. Ensure every guest has a completed and signed waiver before entering play areas. Provide clear information about rules, packages, and available services. Address questions or concerns promptly, kindly, and professionally. Safety & Supervision Supervise all play areas to ensure safe, respectful behavior at all times. Monitor equipment use and guide children when needed to prevent unsafe play. Report any safety concerns, broken equipment, or incidents immediately. Environment & Cleanliness Keep playrooms tidy by organizing toys and maintaining a clean, inviting space. Assist with light cleaning tasks throughout the day to uphold hygiene standards. Reset rooms between sessions or parties as needed. Team Support Communicate effectively with coworkers to maintain smooth operations. Assist with birthday parties, special events, or front desk tasks as assigned. Qualifications Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with children and families. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay alert and supervise active play environments. Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting. Prior experience in childcare, customer service, or recreation is a plus but not required. Work Environment This role involves standing, walking, and supervising active play areas. A positive attitude and a love for working with families are essential.
