GMP Manufacturing Associate (overnights)

The Essentials Pay Range:

$33.00•$34.00/hour

Shift:

Sunday•Tuesday Rotating Wednesdays (NIGHTS)

Location:

Norwood, MA (100% On-Site)

Role Type:

6-Month Contract (Temporary) salary: $33•$34 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 6 PM•6

High SchoolResponsibilities Manufacturing Operations:

You will operate advanced manufacturing equipment and execute processes to produce mRNA medicines. This involves using disposable technologies, automation systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Quality & Compliance:

A critical part of the job is strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will monitor production to ensure compliance with quality standards and work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) for rapid product release.

Documentation & Issue Resolution:

You are responsible for clearly and accurately documenting equipment operations and process steps. You will also support investigations into any deviations or issues that arise during production.

Safety & Efficiency:

You must maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, which includes following gowning procedures. You are also encouraged to look for ways to improve operational efficiency.
