Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and scheduling meetings. Maintain organized records and filing systems. Dispatching jobs with our online scheduling software Assist with order processing, invoicing, and data entry. Provide general support to ensure smooth office operations. Collaborate with team members on projects and tasks as needed. Maintain office cleanliness and organization Inventory and purchasing of office supplies

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs/Sheets and other office tools. Proficient with Quickbooks Professional attitude and appearance Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Ability to work alone and with a team. Two years previous administrative or office experience
