Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or requests. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing paperwork and guest records. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including processing payments and managing inventory of supplies. Requirements Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Proficient in handling phone systems and managing multiple calls simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
