The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations and satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls efficiently. Requirements Must have previous experience in hospitality experience. Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Familiarity with resort environments and hospitality practices is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
